no address or signboard of hotel. people cannot find hotel in mid night. break fast was included but provided no break fast..even no water. service is poor. Behaviour of staff was non cooperative. Even they charged money for water. No clean whereas I stayed two night...next day no clean of room , no change of towel , no bathroom clean. Over all experience was very bad..and from next time I will not allow any one to stay in super collection 0 369 phase 2 , TNGO colony.

its not a well maintained hotel . rooms are very small. its good if u r in emergency n travelling alone or 2 people and need an affordable stay. The locks were difficult to operate. Rooms look shabby. complimentary late check out is available thats a good point but only around 1-2 hours. room service is available
