They denied our check-in, claiming that the booking amount was insufficient and that we needed to pay extra. The receptionist delayed the check-in process for nearly 45 minutes. We eventually contacted customer care at midnight for assistance. To our surprise, they refused to provide water, stating it was chargeable, which made this our first horrible experience.

Hotel ampere is nice in this location and both rooms are clean and new. Its near to Kengeri bus terminal. A good stay in this location at this price range
