worst experience i left the hotel in an hour after being in the room they are not cleaned properly nor the washroom. the rooms smells like garbage. I paid upfront so without taking the refund i left. the rooms are not liveable Room smells badly. Uncleaned rooms and bathroom

they given me check-in at 3:30 and after 1 hour hotel person called me and told room khali kr do because aap ne complain kiya and he was not giving my ID and telling me police buluga and told me next time don't come in this hotel and Marne ki dhamki bhi dii

it's a pathetic hotel I think specially the receptionist. he was so rude to me. 1 he took 15-20 just to handover the key. 2 given a room where the washroom was damaged and the room was dirty. 3 when I complain about the things he tried to tell to adjust in same room. 4 when i decided not to stay in this hotel they speak with me in rude way. i checked in the hotel by 5.15 and before 6.00 i wanted to cancel it. they told you will not get refund if you want to stay in that room. what kind of hotel is this. i have to spend 1 hour outside to decide another hotel.

First of all Third class hotel.. infact no class.. even i don't like to give 1 star.. they show me room lots of cockroaches , ant, spider .. unhygienic bed sheet with all the yellow, black and red spot on it.. I asked hotel manager to give me clean room. he said if you need clean room pay me additional 600 Rupees or get lost from the hotel... or else you stay in that type of room.. they changed my room which was also having similar issue.. unfortunately it was 12 in the night .. and I was helple ...more

i would have given 5 stars but i found room cleaning a bit faulty. As in it wasn't cleaned properly and also there was an issue with hot water. I complained directly at the reception they came and fixed it but then same problem persisted the next day. We get privacy as expected and staff behaviour and staff behaviour is also very nice.

the stay was really good. there had been a bit of complications last time when i came at this property. but this time it was hassle free. breakfast was also good. rooms and all were all clean and the main thing, washroom areas was clean and hygenic.

Hotel panchsheel is oyo hotel. It is friendly for unmarried couples 18+ age.Also it is at walking distance from vadodara railway station and in best area Alkapuri of vadodara.
