After booking done 10 days before the date of booking.The hotel asked me to pay rs.1000/- extra.rudely he told to cancel the room at the end moment.He told to complain to goibibo.No connection with hotel with the booking.Pay rs.1000 then only we can allow.I have booked the room. He told no room is available at cheaper rate.Pay Rs.1000/- then only you will be allowed to stay.

Absolute poor service, i went to the hotel, the guy at reception was very rude, he sent me to a different hotel saying it's his hotel. They took 30 minutes to allocate a room and then as soon I entered the bed was not even organised it dirty and things were dispersed. I had to make early checkout due to poor service, I want my refund

Worst Experience ever, People at Hotel weren't supportive at all, the Reception Guys were very rude and harsh, these guys don't know how to talk to guests, please don't book this property at any cost, you will pay extra for everything including basic services, and have to argue for everything you require, really a bad property.

if I had lower ratings than 1 star I would've given it, the guy at the reception is really rude thinking as if he managed or owns Taj hotel there...I have seen the reviews about him everywhere and I don't know why hotel management is not taking action on it
