I have rated this hotel average no doubt the hotel interior was very nice but the behaviour of staff was very rude. They charged more than the price written on the menu. You should take care of the hotel staff while they take order they don't listen properly and take wrong orders as well. thank you.

Horrible. Fake hotel. Tried to scam me for extra money. Hotel is fake because they are running a scam to get more money from you. They will pick the call and ask you to come and then ask cash and tell you your booking is invalid. Horrible experience.

They have not allowed my guest in room told me meet your guest somewhere else.Not provided dental kit,shaving kit and sleeper as this is flagship hotel i know these things are complimentary.

rooms are good but i was disappointed 😔 by the staff behavior specially the receptionist. the person was not good , there is no manner how to deal with the customers.

The hotel is very far from New Delhi, but it is one of the best hotel I stayed ever. Hotel staffs were very helpful. The room was neat & clean with its large bathroom.
