Hotel O V Square

We booked two rooms ,but hotel management gave a number of reasons and they allotted us one room only. all rooms are vacant but they alloted us only one room. No water in the room we made four to five times complaint then water arrived with very low pressure .No electricity in the lift. no Television connected in the room.if we ask they told you connect your mobile with Television. No hot water for the bath. no towels,no soap ,no house keeping done. kindly look into it very seriously. kindly audit actual facts remove from your list. very worst experience . both the reception persons day and night are very rude in taking. no water in bathroom, dirty toilets area,no hot water, no safety for family.no electricity in lift. staircase is dark no ventilation no light. feeling unsafe the person sitting at reception especially in the morning ,is very rude in behaviour.false reason giving. worst ...worst experience in my enitre life.

When I went to the hotel, the hotelier asked me about the amount paid for hotel booking and After some time he told me that my booking is for non AC room and if I need AC room i have to pay additional 350 rupees. I have denied the hotel to pay the additional charge because I have already booked AC room and also shown him the amenities details as mentioned. Again he denied so i have approached the customer care and after 30 min he gave me the room. very Poor Service in Hotel and also room cleaning has not done before allotted the room. In few words don't book this Hotel

I will never suggest any one to stay at collection o hotel v square Hyderabad. 1st when I entered in the reception area I saw women are sitting on the floor. 2nd room which is allotted to me is not hygienic. 3rd there was no water and bathroom is not in a good condition. Last but not the least receptionist told me to never book the hotel and pay directly and they have not allotted me the room before time when already rooms was empty. Hotel is not good and I will never stay in the said hotel.

Very Bad Hotel, Never Ever Book this Hotel, You Guys will regret your lifetime. Firstly I booked 2 Rooms, They have given me 1 room and said the other is under the cleaning process and the first room they offered me was pathetic, there was pan masala spitted all over the walls. So many cockroaches and the water bucket was so dirty in the bathroom. Finally I left the hotel without getting the other room. I didnt got the refund and I left the room
