Not a good experience. We reached early morning to the hotel but as hotel was full we didn't get to do early check-in. but they allowed us to get freshn up and wait there till checkin time, but later the room was not available even after 1 hour of actual check in time. We had to ask multiple times to get the room as we were getting late for our visits. they were not even ready to give a refund and they were not able to resolve this. The person staying earlier in the room was not ready to vacate the room as he was not informed about check out time. Poor management. About other aspects - Very basic stay facility, don't expect hotel like experience. Too many mosquitos were there even after having good night machines. No Bathroom cleaning was done while handling over the room, when asked caretaker mentioned it will happen only when the cleaning person will come as per his shift till then you have to use bathroom as it is. Very less ventilation in rooms as we had to keep the windows closed because of mosquitos. Overall it's not good for a family stay. Poor management and don't expect any service. Not good for family stay

Only one person staff (Labour class) in hotel was found. To lacate hotel , there was two gates in the same building. No arrow or indicator to know which gate to use to go to hotel.No phone inside room to talk to anybody for support of new comer in hotel.It was totally wastage of money to stay here.Plastic small table was found inside room. Bed cushion was very hard to sleep.

Nice place ..Good Hospitality..cooperative staff ..Well attached with marketplace ...Best suited for medical tourism nearby shankar nagar ..dharampeth ..and Ramdaspeth..near to National cancer institute Dharampeth .orange city hospital and wokhardt hospital .located at shankar nagar square .Helping nature of Owner mam and Nikose ji is awesome

The place is nearly 6 KMs away from Nagpur Airport. They provide separate AC and Non AC Rooms. They also have dormitory service and Kitchen service. The best part of the guidance a day before from hotel personal helped as I was traveling first time.

Contact person and manager not good at all. We had booked AC room but he fought with us and charged us 500rs extra for 3 hrs of AC, He kept calling us and asking us to make booking outside the **. Very unprofessional attitude..
