The rooms displayed are deluxe rooms instead of standard room. The rooms are filled with Cobb webs, the plumbing system is chocked up. Dirty water stays on the washroom floors. Even after instructing the staff to remove the webs, nothing was done. The taps were leaking. Pathetic hygiene. The kitchen is dirty. You won't want to have the food once you see the kitchen. Apart from that, the services are good. People are helpful and very polite. The location is also excellent. Just near the river. We enjoyed our stay as the natural beauty is overwhelming.

Great location, best accomodation for budget customer and most importantly river is just back side of hotel which is a great place to enjoy. Only food is the constraint as no food is available in the property but can have limited option around 2-3 km from the hotel. If they manage food then may improve their business.

Review : Stay was extremely good.Very helpfull staff and special thanks to owner - Shiv.Very humble person and customer centric.Forest view on the front and back of the hotel is very good.Lots of peacock can be seen along with deers on the river side on the back of the hotel.

Recently I visited Jim Corbett with my friends for fun & stayed in this hotel. We really enjoyed staying there. I really recommend this hotel to students & little low budget travellers. Staff is cool & their Cook was awesome...they serves really good tasty foods.

amazing experience . nice staff . food quality is good . amazing view from the room . overall experience is good . I am recommending this resort. very close to corbet national park amazing experience as a honeymoon couple we spent quality of time here

it was amazing stay , best part is all staffs are so connected , they treat you so well. food wise - you just say what you want , they will prepare it for you ,totally home made feeling . taste was yummy . ill always prefer to stay in this .

This hotel is budget friendly when you in a trip with friends. Recommended as its very close to jungle and river. nice hospitality Good to talk to staff also very nice place to be In total I would say nice place to stay Thank you so much

The stay was pleasant. The rooms were very big. The stay was not luxurious but the host Harish ji was very kind and helpful. There was a river right behind the hotel which was easily accessible. Overall it was a good experience. Done

The rooms were average, a bit old in style. I wasn't there for a long time, just checked in midnight and checked out next day morning. There was parking available, they helped me park my car. It is a good place for nature lovers.

Room is average. But, perfect for the price. Staff is really kind and helpful. Bonus is you can reach kosi river with a 2 min walk from the backside of the hotel.
