The food was pathetic. I found a sheet of plastic in the food. It was only while chewing the food, I realised it was a lost sheet of plastic. I still don't know how much of the plastic has gone into my system. I showed the same to the incharge of the kitchen. He didn't seem to bother and no action was taken. The quality of food is very poor. Chapatis were made in Mustard oil which was smelling. I don't recommend this to anyone. A very underrated hotel in terms of food.

The food is incredibly awesome, I think the food is underrated here. The room was very nicely maintained and cleaned. Room service is slow, but expected as there were less guests since the hotel is in a little less lively neighborhood. There is not much to explore around. Hotel is near Orion mall so good point there. Overall hotel experience was quite good, the hotel is best suited for people who have to visit some place nearby and need a place to chill freshen up and eat

stay was really good with clean rooms and toilets, hygiene is maintained properly in whole hotel, proper and educated staff with pleasant smile and gesture welcoming us. check-in was smooth and didn't take so long, rooms would have a better ac cooling may be was the only disappointment to us in the room 3006. reat was awesome, superb experience. i would recommend it to everyone and also like to visit again and again whenever needed.

room is reasonably good but its size is too small. with one extra mattress provided for 3 guests, there was hardly any space left for movement inside room. staffs are well behaved. complementary breakfast was good but hygiene is a concern and needs to be improved. overall our stay was satisfactory but it can't be termed as value for money, if not improved.

awesome stay..... always love the experience... it is one of the best hotels in Navi Mumbai area... very good and so good that I love to go there regularly for b'day parties and surprises... my very first stay was at crown inn and then on it has been the best for me... awesome services.

Spacious Neat & clean room.Nice location. Polite and supportive staff. Good behaviour and attitude of front desk Manager. Guide us well as we are searching for home in rent. Good delicious food and buffet breakfast.

The food facility is not good. All staff members are nice and helpful in Nature. The room is net and clean I will prefer this hotel by stay just need to improve the variety of food and quick service.

everything is good except car parking, they have very limited space for parking a car. can go in one direction and had to reverse till the main road to get the car (ertiga) out.

the stay is always good at this hotel i have been visiting it since 6 years. they have restaurant but now they don't provide alcohol as bar service is closed from hotel side

Stay Experience, room was good and service was also good. However, to take one's vehicle in and out of the hotel was a horrible experience due to tiny approach road to hotel.
