Very poor service. Served Dinner after 2 hours of order. AC service engineer came 90 mins late at 12.10 am midnight to repair. Didn't serve Breakfast on the first morning, second morning only toast and tea though I had booked for complimentary breakfast. They said 'itne kum ki booking mein breakfast allowed nahi hai'. Room was not cleaned when I arrived in the evening. They didn't send anyone to pick my luggage from my allotted room after check out inspite of request. They hotel should work on these services.

never ever recommended hotel, they charge for just 5 empty plates just to eat hotel when you bring it from outside
