Didn't have a good experience overall. 1. Amenities are satisfactory given the cost of the resort. 2. Service is good and fast. 3. Food quality is good though quantity is very less. 4. View from the room's balcony is beautiful. 5. Swimming pool is good and clean. 6. Lush green lawn is well maintained with garden swings fitted at ends. 7. Covered Parking facility available. 8. Resort is 5.5 kms from main saputara recreational spots. 9. Restaurant and food court is on the ground floor. 1. lift wasn't working and they had no intention of repairing it. 2. No wifi routers installed for every floor/passage, hence wifi wasn't available for the whole stay. we had to use our personal mobile internet. 3. bedsheets and pillow covers were torn and in bad condition. 4. Housekeeping wasn't done at all for the 3 days stay. No staff was even bothered. 5. Food prices are unnecessarily hyped compared to the quantity of food they serve. Though food quality is good. 6. The main enterance door wasn't fitted properly and kept making banging noice the wholeday & night when shut and locked due to wind affecting our good sleep. 7. Wind was blowing heavily and due the bad fittings of main entrance door and window shutters which left small openings/gaps in between, caused whistling noise the wholeday & night. Again affecting our good sleep.

The room was very nice, clean, good washroom, chilling air-conditioning, awesome food, awesome location, beautiful surroundings. Supportive staff cleared my queries before online booking.loved the food, ambiance, and cleanlinessProblems faced :1. The lift or escalator was not working.2. The dish TV was not working.3. wifi was not working in the room.4. Regretted availing breakfast included in tariff as t breakfast had only 3 south indian options and allu porota n bread butterer n poha. but taste was good.

Location wise the hotel is good with scenic beauty all-around with good swimming pool facilities. Food in the restaurant was also good. However, the hotel lacked basic facilities in some of the rooms - unavailability of hot water in the bathroom (we need to call the reception for bucket service), muddy water from the taps, room's door lock not working (can't lock the room from outside) and allied.

It was very nice experience with Ambika valley. I stay for 3 night. Hotel is new constructed. Room and washroom are clean.Room size is enough for 2 person but need extra bad for third person,queen size bad. Mountain view is very gorgeous. It is 4.7 km before Saputara in gujarat. Food is delicious and price is reasonable. All over very satisfied with Ambika valley and enjoy my Saputara trip.

Location is good. However, 5 km away from Saputara Lake. 2 km away from Vanvaso adventure. Staff were very polite and supportive. Quick response received whenever had any requirement. It's a good place to relax. Property has swimming pool, Lawn area. Cleanliness is maintained in Lawn area, Inside Hotel, Restaurant. Food was also tasty and not much expensive.

good place to stay, very clean, very Higenic, nice food, very good service, nice and Coprative staff...... only 1 disadvantage is 4-5 km away from saputara main city..... but travel time is only 8-10 minutes.... nice location.

good food. but away from city centre. lacks additional activities. have good swimming pool . need to add bonefire, some indoor games to justify price. rooms are small but we'll maintained. suggested for all .

Pets are allowed in only cottage,and we booked room by seeing pet allowed, they finally upgraded our stay in cottage,so it was a nice experience. Also cleaned and refreshed environment.Thanks .
