I can't even give 1 star to my experience. I booked for 5 days and I had a lot of plans with the family but unfortunately on the 2nd day itself I need to return back because of my wife's closest aunt died. I talked to hotel's owner that refund me the amount as I need to leave on 2nd day itself because it's emergency, he clearly said no because you did booked. I didn't get any option to cancel my stay for remaining 3 days and get refund back for those 3 days as this was certainly emergency. Truly, this was my worst experience and I don't recommend anyone to use it.Just you guys making money without making customers happy.

Room was not clean. Used Linen was provided after complaint they changed. A lot of mosquitoes had in room. Toilet washer was not proper working. Water leakage problem. Overall not satisfied with the services

Hotel has no neat rooms very conjested . Bathrooms are not properly cleaned . All bedsheets are torn . They say they have complementary breakfast but there is no restaurant only. Waste of money .

good. but charges are little high. Lemon tree hotels & holiday inn hotels are giving below Rs. 2500/- with king bed with luxury facilities
