Daspalla Hotel

Daspalla pros: - Cosy room with all required amenities - Helpful staff, esp Reception. Have to give a big thumbs up to the Reception staff who processes our check-in and check-out very smoothly. - Fast room service (food orders came within 20 mins as promised). - Valet parking can be done even for those staying. Had given car for valet parking and picked it up the next day when I went out for work. - Well designed bathroom, making most use of the limited space. - Many plug points in the room (not counting the TV and bathroom plug point, I counted 6 usable plug points in the room.) - Minibar fridge is well stocked with things to eat and drink. The prices are decent as well. - Daily two 1ltr water bottles are provided to the room for free. - Every morning, a newspaper is hung on the room door handle. - Swimming Pool is available for guests to use - Wide options of items for breakfast with two live counters, one for egg and the other for Dosa. Other points - Multiple full length mirrors in room. - Clothes closet (with safe) that lights up when door is opened (just like a fridge) - Bathroom kit is provided for the room on the whole, and not number of guests (hence 1 kit provided irrespective of whether 1, 2 or 3 guests are staying in the room.) - 1 pair of slippers provided. - Digital weighing scale provided in room. - Wifi is available for free on request. Speed is decent. Can't compare to home WiFi networks where we have a high speed plan but the hotel WiFi is very functional and multiple devices could connect to it. - Room has fan, in addition to the AC, which is very welcomed esp in Summer months. - Maybe it is developed as a pandemic feature, but after finishing food (room service), dishes can be kept outside the room room in the passage hall for subsequent clearance by the concerned staff. (So don't expect someone to come to room to clear the dishes. Just keep them out besides your room door and it would get cleared by the staff. - Daspalla has two Metro stations in close vicinity, one (Madhapur Metro Station) being about 5 mins walking distance away. - The rooms facing the hotel entrance gets the view of Kaveri Hills with the Kaveri Hills flyover on one side, and the Madhapur Metro station on the other side. And yes, you can see the metro trains ply in the distance. - Windows needs cleaning from the outside. Lots of dust spots on the wide windows. - TV is the normal non-Smart flat TV. - As Daspalla has venues for hosting parties, you can hear the music sounds (faintly) in the room. - Meghavi Spa is located within the hotel wall, but in the adjacent building to the hotel. As a family, we loved the room as it has space of us to comfortably relax. The swimming pool was one option we did not explore but it is available as a good family time activity.

my room was upgraded without additional cost, the location and view from the room were amazing. There is a pool on the terrace and a private gym with free guest access. The hotel has a huge parking area and coutlrteos staff.

Yeah it has been amazing and food was delicious i like the crew member receivingness and they are very polite and good manners and neetnes, quality of bed and blanket everything was perfect
