BIG FRAUD. I booked 2 rooms 10 days early but they gave 1 room with king size bed and good ambiance and big bathroom and other room was 4 sharing too small beds and bathroom was too small. Taken full price and such fraud. I can understand due to Kumbh it's happening for that I overlooked their behavior and no water bottle, no towel and most important beds and pillow was dirty. we stayed only for 4-5hrs still they are least bothered to listen.. After all these they blamed me of booking 2 different rooms, but how's it possible as I booked 2 same rooms. I want my 1 room refund. NEVER BOOK ROOMS.

The hotel is at a feasible location from the airport which is convenient for travelling individuals. Food is good. Rooms are average. Infrastructure is not that good. The hotel is okay for just staying a night. A little overpriced. Food was great
