we had a really lovely stay at deforet. the place is quiet and aesthetic. the staff is very sweet and amiable. the breakfast buffet was really good, they have so many great options to chose from. the hotel is impeccably clean, which immediately make one comfortable and relaxed. i've also stayed in other top resort during my holiday across port blair and neil, but this property was just above average and maintened very well.they have an amazing poolside resturant cum bar l'amour which is actually the main attraction of this property. the l'amour is a really great place to enjoy drinks and seafood with family, they also have a snooker table which you can play in the meanwhile when your order is getting ready. they staff was amazing and their chef was really sweet and humble. the poolside barbeque is also really good.rooms are specious and really well maintained. food was bit average but the staff was ready to do make changes as per your order. they start with giving you welcome letter which has every instructions to begin your stay. also the property is near to radhanagar beach which can also save your time.thanks guys for making our holiday better.regards, ajay.

The property is very beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and clean. Wood work done in the property is brilliant, looks fresh and modern. Location wise it is decent, very good if you have a vehicle with you. Food in their restaurant is fairly good but costly (which is the case for any good restaurant in Havelock) though the portion size was small. They could also add some activities in the resort. Overall my stay was very good. Highly recommend.

* Pool was dirty. reason given was due to rain though other good properties had working pool * Lights in room are too dim for evening * TV was not working for 2 days and various stories were made by the management. Only when we asked for other room, set up box was changed and then TV worked well. On positive side, staff was very supportive and arranged fruits for my unwell kid. Overall, property is good but hospitality has to travel miles.

the stay was perfect room were spacious,bathroom is good but breakfast also good, the staff are not well mannered as you have breakfast they will come to clean plate which is weard 2 times it happend in 15 min time.they should clean table after guest leaves the seat, rest if you get this in budget rate of 6k-7k it's a good place near to Radha Beach.

It was an average stay.Area is small and cozy. Staff was good and cooperative. In our bedroom phone and jet spray wasn't working although they repaired jetspray after complaining. Food was average. It was expensive given the room and facilities i think "ll find better resort for the same price in Havelock.

The hotel property is really good nestled among nature. Rooms are spacious and very clean. People who work there are very helpful and they arranged for all the things we asked. The menu is narrower but the quality of food is very good. We had a pleasant full stay here

The stay at Deforet was excellent including cleanliness, ambience, food, staff and behaviour except some difficulty we faced due to non-availability of lift for 1st floor room. This might be due to the inherent design of resort

ambience was superb. Room also has aesthetic sense. The pathway to the rooms felt like walking through a shallow forest.Overall good experience. Only con we found is,no ceiling fan available.

The stay was peaceful and good. But it’s more suitable for honeymoon couples than friends as it is far from everything. As mentioned in some comments it is not even close to any beach.

The resort is really beautiful and luxurious...the staff is helping and polite...the food was delicious except for the red sauce pasta we ordered which was not good
