PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: The hotel from its first view look like a palace in the desert and by all means it is. Perfect face with lights lit up in the evening,large and spacious reception with the dining hall just beside it with all wooden furniture looks premium. The stairs to the first floor is well thought of for elderly guests. Even for the rooms every aspect is well thought of, from the switches to the bath fittings. All the rooms even have their own personal balcony. Topping on the cake, it has a conference room, a large playground and a swimming pool. AND MY PRAISE OF THE HOTEL ENDS HERE. NOW COMES THE SERVICE PART. From the time we entered and parked our car the watchman instead of asking me if I have a booking or can I help you, he asked me why have I come here and from where have I come. Next, when I entered the hotel the people in the reception and not a receptionist asked if I want a room. When I informed that a room has already been booked * they were visibly annoyed and said that they do not know. When I showed them my booking* then they checked their mail and confirmed the same. While doing so they also informed us that they were not happy because I booked through Goibibo and I should have come here and checked in directly, especially when I stay in Siliguri which is not very far. NOW COMES THE ROOM. They were not even aware that they have an option of one room for three guests which we have selected. So they firstly said that how can we book a single room for three guests. When informed that they had the option of selecting the same they again went back to checking their mail*. When we were shown the room it was just good for two person. And the bed was also the same. We asked for a bigger room and the staff said that they have one in the front and he will ask for it downstairs in the reception. And as I expected, they refused saying that those are booked for two days so they will not be able to give. When I argued that even we have booked our stay they bluntly said that they have nothing to do as if saying if you have to stay then stay or else get out. They did not even provide us with an extra bedding to sleep on. We had to manage by sleeping sideways. For the next two days the entire hotel was occupied by a few guests and only 3 to 4 rooms were occupied out of may be 30 odd rooms they have and the rooms in front would be open for cleaning and they were really big with two beds in it, and not even a single guest turned up for two days that we stayed. The only thing that used to happen in those rooms are that the hotel staffs would sit and chat for long hours and eat their lunch, play cards I suppose. We also had to inform the next day morning of our check in that our breakfast was complimentary. To that they said that they offer only one option, either you have bread butter and omlet or just puri sabji. The rather unusual part was that the breakfast was complimentary for two guests only and the third guest would go hungry. We even called up and had to request for an omlet which generally any hotel gives with breakfast. FOR THE TWO DAYS OF OUR STAY IT SEEMED LIKE A STAR RATED PRISON WHERE WE PAY TO ENTER AND GET TORTURED. I HAD TO GIVE A MINIMUM OF ONE STAR AS BECAUSE THE APP WOULD NOT TAKE MY REVIEW OTHERWISE.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL IN LATAGURI FOREST. FOOD IS SUPERB AND TASTY WITH GOOD TASTE . STAFFS ARE VERY COOPERATIVE. ROOM ARE CLEAN AND HYGINED . MORE OVER ITS RESORT WITH SWIMMING POOL AND PARK WITH LAWN ONE CAN PLAN FOR BONFIRE .

We had checked in at the hotel 17 June with 2 rooms in the name of Rakesh kandoi the hotel cheated us,there tariff is **and they charged us **per room, very bad experience

Good hotel, well maintained Well maintained Hotel, cleanliness of room must be improved. Staff behaviour good. Food was good.
