Average hotel to stay.Only cons i found that there is no dining facilities.you have to order food from outside. And the room which i stay,having no geyser in bathroom.but there is provision for hot water.And each and every time when you need hot water,you have to request caretaker for that.And after requesting, hot water will be available or not or how much time it will be available, cannot be guaranteed. good or average....

It was an excellent stay with my friends, the location of the property was very good and it was near to the reindeer park, all the facilities were up to the mark, the cleanliness of the property was very well maintained, in terms of security the property was safe to stay, the caretaker of the property was very helpful, the food that they provide to me was also very tasty, I will like to recommend this property to others.

It was a nice family trip, the location of the property was nice and easily accessible, the property was secure to stay, all the facilities were up to the mark, the property was clean and hygiene, the caretaker of the property was very cooperative and helpful,only we face difficulty is with the availability of food, there were time boundaries to book food, I will like to recommend this property to others

Bed size is QUEEN SIZE. Difficult to accommodate kid with family. Food cost expensive. Positive things are defenitely there. Very good to stay with families if all 3 rooms are booked together. House staffs are cooperative. DEER PARK is at stone's throw distance. Kid can enjoy the park. Nice and calm atmostphere and enjoyable. Would rather say it as HOME STAY rather than HOTEL.

Its a good place for relaxation for our bustle life. However there is some nonavailability of amenities like food u want and some how it is found costly when they arranged. If u dont have personal vehicle u will face some communication problem too. There is also scarcity of light in street at night.

its the best place to stay especially the 4 bedded suite type room in 1st floor . its amazing experience with a lovely host delicious uome made food served uot as per your choice. excellent and undoubtedly a value tor for money as against best of hotels in Bolpur

Horrible experience as everthing was overpriced. They charged me normal rotis at rs.10 each. on asking about the price they bluntly say since it's shantiniketan everything will be overpriced. Book this place only if you have no choice left

Staff behavior, amenities and services were good. Location was poor as locating it was very difficult from railway station. Though there is dining facility it is quite expensive. No complimentary services were provided.

Bad experience. Worst service. Caretaker Ms. Namita is very rude to the guest. She refused to make breakfast for the guest. No proper communication. Overall it's under oner 🌟 rating.
