Well then...to all the people who've mentioned that this not a hotel...it's not the mistake of the management... they've clearly mentioned that this is a service apartment and they've included hotel services in the apartment...it's just your misconception... Coming to the service and cleanliness... Upon my arrival I was warmly welcomed by Mr.Shankar who was very friendly...The room was very clean and well arranged...and the bathroom was also in a perfect condition... couldn't have asked for more...Breakfast was good to... Since I had a work at manyatha I have no complaints about the location to... To the management... I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family who visit Bangalore and have work at manyatha and finally I would like to have the same room when I visit the next time ;)

The apartments are still being developed in terms of facilities. WiFi is good and fast, Cable TV is there and functioning. The A/C is very good. On check-in, it was not cooling, but on calling the property manager, it was attended to in about 30 minutes. Breakfast is provided from a restaurant close by, but their own kitchen facilities are soon to start. The downside us the location. It is a bit off the beaten track and some distance from city centre. If reaching somewhere on time is not an issue, then the location does not really matter. also, the surrounding is not so good. However, Uber, Ola and Three-wheelers are easily available. The staff are good and respond immediately when requested.

Deltrum Riviera, Thanisandra Is a good place to stay at North Bangalore. Highlights : * Cozy, Comfortable and Private * Safe and Secure. * Good service, but a little slow, * Friendly and Professional Staff. Special mention - Mr.Sachin Lokesh. * A pleasant experience.

Slow service but always ready to go out of the comfort zone to satisfy the consumer, plus really friendly staff. Rooms are very good for the price and the complimentry hall and balcony is something i loved! Really enjoyed my stay here!

I would recommend it for all who are coming manyata tech park due to any reasons. This is best place to stay. Nice view, nice services and easy access to all the amenities. Manger and staffs are very helpful.

First bookings did not have AC in working condition. Room had pungent smell. It had only one charge point in entire room. The second booking was average.
