HOTEL DEVDOOT

This is the worst hotel and the last option for anybody to spend a day in. I had booked this hotel for my parents and their friends during a trip to rajgir and nalanda.Firstly, I booked two 3-bedded rooms and one 2-bedded rooms. Upon reaching there, the owner said that there is only one 3-bedded room in the entire hotel.Secondly, the rooms they allotted my parents in did not have western toilets, Upon request, they were allotted rooms with western toilet in the 4th floor. Surprisingly, those rooms did not have any amenities and looked as if it had just been built and the electric box was also placed in haste to make it somehow ready for tourists to stay. null of the amenities listed were there:- No geysers: They had to get hot water from downstairs. The room service did not even help out the guests.- No wash basin: I don't know what kind of hotel rooms does not have a wash basin.- No closet or cupboards: There was no place to keep your stuff in. There were only door hangers to hang your daily clothes. Just that and nothing else.- No furniture: The rooms had just one centre table and no chairs. My parents had to get the chair from the corridor for use.- Pathetic room service: Everything you expect from a hotel room had to be asked for to get service, like a bathroom soap and towels. They had to ask for it. They did not even provide drinking water. What's worst is that bed cover was pretty old and was there for a long time, but when it was asked to change covers due to covid situation, the serviceman said that we need to pay extra to get the covers changed.The place is a big no if you are planning to stay in rajgir. Don't be attracted with the low cost. It has a big downside.All in all, the experience was pathetic. They adjust to all kinds of situations and they somehow managed to live for 2 days, but they were utterly disappointed by the hotel.

Very very worst experience. No basin /sink,hanger in the bathroom. Without commode. Indian pan without flash. Rooms are without cupboard, mirrors TV's and insufficient light. No mosquito kits bathroom kits provided. Rooms are very small and in hygiene. Only half balti low worm water provided after repeated request per room. Owner's behavior is very very bad. I am your old customer. Never I faced such type rooms/behavior. But no extra bed roll provided. Either total amount refund me for such hotel provided me. Or it is the last time for any kind of booking.

This is a moderate hotel but needs to improve in many aspects like they need to widen the passage of the main entrance & even need to install some geysers in the washrooms as well as there are non. The room environment should be improved as well & even they didn't even provided towel as well for which I had to ask them to provide later on.

It was a horrible experience to stay at this hotel. The service was very poor. The main entrance of the hotel is very dirty and smells bad all the time. Moreover the room had no proper ventilation and it was very suffocating inside.
