Just Wow , What a place! Genuine feed back for all travellers ...This place is about 30 km from Nainital , plss do not expect it near Nainital ...This is not a Hotel but a Home Stay where u get all basic needs like clean room , hot water , food ect... but totally a different world and very much reachable by good road , just two km patchy road but still managable by any car..Property is just on the road which is trafficless..ur car can be seen from yr perch..U get 7 hr sunlight with fantabulous view.. also do kot miss nearby village tour and little river ..u can also find little pond with river at the back of village..lastly do insist Mr Ashutosh to cook as he is a fantabulous cook..U cannot experience this beauty of urtarakhand at this price anywhere ...

great location and cosy cottages with lot of sunshine and natural beauty. Far away from crouded nanital hotels in natures lap. do carry all the essential supply if travelling with elders and children as nearest shop/ pharmacy or market can be far...Food is just great at the hotel with reasonable price also u kann cook urself too..

everything is going wrong...no parking space available ,I have to park car very far from hotel,hotel is far away from nanital approx 40km. we have booked for 2days but will left after 1days because electricity not available and room is not clean.they are very arrogantly,

A most horrible stay.no Western toilet,no parking.it is just misguiding costomers.you being such a big organisation should not give wrong information.please strike out this resort from your list.Atotal waste of time and money.

This is an awesome place if you want to get out of the routine and traffic of city life. Besautifully nested between mountains, you will find peace here. You will need your own vehicle to commute.
