their service is horrible . 1. i arrived quite early , i requested gm to give me early check as i was suffering from heavy fever , he said yes sure , once they room get vacant they will give me immediately . i was waiting at reception , almost 50 tent checked out in front of me but they keep saying that room is not ready and this melodrama happened till 5 hours . somehow i feel their gm enjoy the sadistic pleasure by harassing guest . they provided me room at 12 only . 2. ⁠in tent their there is no cleaningness , their is no water . for even drinking water you have to walk 200 m to collect water bottle 3. ⁠you will not find any staff anywhere during your stay , everything you have to manage at your end 4. ⁠they only collect money and escape . like me , many people complain but they are used to it and don’t bother at all 5. ⁠food quality was ok ok but food server was good , they keep you serving and helping you during you lunch dinner etc

Over all a good experience ! But this have huge room for improvement 1) right from locating it - should have good sign board 2)neatness can be improved, specially attached toilets in tents 3) cleaning staff does not come Good things about property 1) good food 2) tents are good , you dont feel cold or hot

Good place to stay. Friendly place, good food and staff The only problem is that the Delux tent can not stop the fog from coming inside the tent. The whole tent becomes wet, and it's becomes really cold during the night. so carry extra blanket. One should go for Maharaja Tent. overall rating 4/5

beautiful surrounding, we had nice stay, food was good, room was clean, stylish, staffs were kind. only drawback in our room was flush tank was not working and the seat waa broken, they told will fix in the morning.
