Hotel staff is not supportive and they gave tape water to drink guests, even I checked ro is not working and still they give us normal tape water to drink water So horrible this is when I had a health issues and asked about water he saw me and I was shocked RO is not powered on and it is in bad situation even not working.

I have a very bad experience in this hotel. The TV was not nor the wife was working. The landline was also closed so that no guest will worry them by ordering anything. The bathroom was not at all in condition to use. The owner should keep the name as dream hell haveli.

Worst Hotel We have ever seen. Third Class Quality Rooms Just Taking Money for the Lake view, Nothing Else. We booked for 2 Nights and Checked out after the 1st Night Only. I recommend it should not be listed on any Travel Portal.

hotel location is good, but hygiene was poor. it's written that outside food and liquor is allowed in hotel premises, but they won't allow it. also no badsheet or towel changed while we requested.

Its nit a good hotel ... Its guesthouse setup in a heritage house charges huge amount of money which is not worth , hygiene issue , no proper room service..I dont prefer you to stay there.

it was pathetic. i booked for 4 days but the hotel was so bad and staff was so bad at service that we had to check out the very next day

The room was very small, and the washroom was also very small. There is no mirror in the washroom. And the ac does not work

No TV and wifi are working. Rooms is just 100 Sq. Ft. against 225. Rooms are not clean, bed sheets r not changing daily
