Checked in at 4.30 am on 18.12.23 and checked out at 4.00 am on 21.12.23. Both the times hotel staff were sent to carry our luggage from the main road to the hotel, which was about 10 minutes walking distance. The pathway from the main road to the hotel was very darty (the only negative point for this hotel). The hotel is situated on the bank of Ganga and the view from the room, food and the behavior of the hotel staff was very nice, they are always ready to fulfill your request with a smiling face at any time. Dasaswamedh Ghat (famous for evening arti) is only 5 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended as a Ganga facing hotel. Behavior of the staff, as they are always ready to fulfill your request with a smiling face at any time.

Hotel location is good though you need to walk 1+ Km to reach from main road as it is on the bank of Maa Ganga. Kasi temple is Also walkable 10-15 min away so good place to stay for people want to visit Kasi Temple and Ghats. Staff is 5 star, very supportive and always available to help. Please remember- Hotel is under renovation so a lot of construction stuff is spread. Hotel Restorent is under renovation and not functioning, you need to visit nearby place. Be watchful while opening Room Doors and Windows, specially in the morning as Monkeys might visit you! Overall a good stay for people who want to enjoy Sunrise watching Maa Ganga and enjoy Kasi! The location of the Hotel is very good, I was really impressed, however the overall hotel experience was not that satisfactory, I checked in during noon and since then I had been asking the staff to fix the TV in my room which was only fixed during late evening. Also the first afternoon in the hotel, there was lot of power cut and considering the hot climate I think they did not show any promptness to get it right using an alternate power source or whatever. So if you are looking for a great view/location this hotel is perfect, but do not expect a lot considering the service.

This place is situated at bank of Ganga river.Nice river view and accessible to all necessary things.Food was awesome and very friendly staffing and helpful as wellThe only problem i faced is my room which is Trishul Room which is RiverFacing and just below my room ppl were urinating all the time. You can smell all the time urine and no one ever bothered to do Any thing.Do not book river facing untill they stop ppl from urination just below the property2nd i stayed for two days but no cleaning staff was assigned to clean my room or change bed-sheet

Poor maintenance, poor service. There is no backup during load shedding. Worst behaviour of manager. When I told them that I wanted to upgrade my room they directly denied us and told us to adjust in that room only. Poor cleanliness and ac was not working.When I told the manager about me and my family's bad experience in dwivedi hotels (Elena) they just said "KOI BAAT NHI AAPKE REVIEW SE KUCH BADAL NAHI JAYEGA NA HI KUCH BADLAV AYEGA".Overall a bad experience.

the only thing that attracted me was that you can enjoy the views of river ganges from your room there is no motor able road right upto the hotel. hotel staff carried our luggage along narrow lanes for about 500 metresrestaurant was good and food was also good staffs are helpful and cooperativeroom and washroom very small in size there was not a single chair to sit.better cleanliness is expecteddone

Rooms are very old and very small in size , door is very small once it hit on head , there was seelan on the walls. Actual room not like as shown. No privacy in the room due to transparent glass of window.

Stayed for two nites rooms are clean, super view of Gamges river. Good hospitality and their staff are very polite, helpful and very knowledgable. looking forward to stay here during my next visit.
