Overall bad experience 1. Reached hotel by 7:30pm. Room not ready and had to wait 20mins in the lobby. 2. Their plug points are still old. So your Apple devices cannot br charged. You require to insert a pen in the third plug to charge your device. 3. Internet connection is fluctuating. Don't book if you have a important meeting to attend 4. No Hand wash or tissue provided. 5. Cleanliness is ok. 6. No covered parking. You park your car on the road side 7. Centre of the city and plenty of options to eat.

Current state of rooms are very bad. You will see cockroaches every where. Literally its a cockroach planet. Bathrooms are very small and shower is dirty. Coming to Bed Very old sheets , old mattress and got my back hurt. Not good for families or business travelling. ParkingThey park on the street and car got very dirty and yiu cant even go on street without wash it is an additional cost to us. One of the worst experience i had. Not at all worth the money. They don't respond to your requests quickly. Room had no refrigerator and there were cockroaches all over the place. Sheets were really bad. Please don't stay at this hotel if you want to have a good time.

Hotel is good overall, but there were few problems like toilet not flushing properly, most of the channels not subscribed, no curtains in the bathroom etc., but the food was good, rooms were clean, location was good, so overall it was a good rating hotel

we booked superior king room and they gave us very small dirty room which is not worth. none of the rooms have wooden flooring or the given size of room . in my case i booked a 240 sft room and was given a 130 sft room

washroom is without curtain and there is a leakage of water for the tap. though the room booked two adults only one brush and soap is given. room is not arranged properly as per the request. disappointed
