I have travelled to various types of hotels. But I faced many problems in this trip. First thing to be noted we have spent 20 hours total in the hotel and I faced power cut 11 hours in that. While we checked in, it was almost 10:30 at night and we had to wait approx 45 minutes in the waiting lounge due to the power failure. Secondly, the lift was faulty. We stuck into the lift 2 times without any power failure. Other than these the hotel staff's behaviour is very polite and calm. Interiors are good as compared to the room tariff. The food quality is very good with prompt services. Nothing to be disliked as a couple. But the hotel location is not very safe outside as seen. Otherwise all is okay.

Hotel is very good, though it's a bit far from the centre (10-15 mins from burtand bus stand) but it's definitely worth it. Rooms are spacious and clean with a superb view. As it's a bit away from the city, the atmosphere is quite and peaceful, The hotel staff is courteous and very helpful. The food is definitely the best compared to other hotels in this price range. Though we had power cut issues due to rain, the overall experience was amazing 😍. Highly recommended!!

Awesome and very calm place to stay and spend time with friend, official visit and enjoy weekends. Comfortable space, staff behaviour is very good and most importantly they are supporting. Safe environment and healthy food. Overall awesome. I stayed 4 night during my office visit and personal work. Managerial staff behavior found super satisfied and love to stay again.

No power backup at the property, all fixtures in cupboard and terrace doors were broken/loose. The staff was tardy and had to ask for amenities 2-3 times before getting a response. Not a good stay. Wouldn't recommend.

Overall good experience...hotel staffs were polite,well mannered and supportive...The food is good and reasonably priced...cleanliness is ok...i will rate this hotel as one of the best budget hotel in dhanbad

Worst experience ever. No power backup,remained without electricity for 6hrs in the morning. And food service was also very poor.They gave me bill for breakfast twice which I ordered once only.
