Hotel Eldorado

this hotel has worst service. we suggests traveler's that not book their stay at this hotel instead of this you should stay at dharamshalas . during check in they were making excuses to not allocate the room and for that i had recording also for proof .we had stayed for there 2 nights because we had already paid the amount before check in .but they didn't even cleaned the room and washroom nor provided room cleaning service and for that they were demanding extra charges for this . the bedsheets were also dirty and smelling very bad . in drawers we found there were smoke ash . the room was smelling very bad . attaching photo for reference.even in morning there was not water for bath. they took 3-4 hours for water arrangement.the service they had mentioned in services like free wifi , tv , restaurant.. the Tv wasn't working. wifi service's not provided.THEY DONT HAVE ANY RESTAURANT AND CLUB . We dont get even food there.when we tried to contact the hotel owner he denies to talk with us and reason said that he don't have time to talk for any concern .there staff behaviour is too bad. they don't even know the hotel management rules and terms.for water bottle which should be complementary but they demanded CHARGES FOR 2 water bill OF 200rs and for that as per customer rights we demanded for invoice but they said for this little amount we cant give you invoice.TOTALLY DIS SATISFIED WITH THIS HOTEL

the staff was so unprofessional. in the name of getting the room ready, they were using the used bedsheet by rearranging the same sheet on the bed. we noticed and asked them to change it. we stayed for 2 days and kept on asking for remote of tv which was never given to us. whenever we had to eat food we have to ask them multiple times to give us the plates etc. we stayed for 2 days but they were least bothered about asking us for towels, water or even cleaning the room or changing the bedsheet. this hotel is not recommended at all, very poor service.

washroom didn't have any shampoo, conditioner or body wash. no bucket and no hot water. there was no breakfast buffet, we had already paid for the breakfast but they said only alloo parantha and poha will be provided that were also not great,okaish. we asked for breakfast at around 9 and our coffee was served at 11. very very slow service, room was also not properly cleaned.

it was so unhygienic smelly i am been just there for 10 minutes No service NothingI cant even stay there so dirty flies unhygienic untidyThere is no staffTo attend the guest to its room worst hotelNever going to book
