When I booked this hotel, I was really excited and looking forward to a comfortable stay at the hotel. But unfortunately, it was a pathetic experience. Everything, right from the front desk staff, to the duty manager, everyone is careless, rude and arrogant. If you are planning to book this, I would suggest you think twice. The room was pretty average, like some ordinary three star. No power sockets around the bed, so good luck charging your phone. Curtains were smelly, and the entire room overall felt stale.

The hotel guys have stopped allowing food from outside .... Pathetic attempt at improving profits.. I have been staying at ellaa for few years now. Its not that we always get food from outside, but you cant force the guests to eat from ellaa itself just for increasing your profit. When we come tired after days work , we want to relax and have food of our choice. All great hotels in hyderabad lets you eat at hotel or order from outside.. So this behaviour of ellaaa is pathetic. I dont think i will ever stay at ellaa again...

The quality of House Keeping,Room Service has deteriorated in last 4 months. The room service takes min 30-40 mins to complete the order and the House keeping do not even provide towels at the time of cleaning the room. The service at the restaurant is also average . Not worth staying

Bathroom shower knob was broken. There was continuous very hot water was coming from tab. No proper mixing with cold water. Lot of difficulties for taking bath. Hotel restaurant service is very slow. All staff are always in their gossips . They do not even serve water u less asked.

The hotel was indeed good..but the service was bad...they failed to keep the room fresh...and put all the things like towels etc You need to call up room service for every small thing....that was really annoying We have to call for room freshner etc

The hotel rooms are good and maintained well. All the four hotels have a good menu, the kebabs were delicious. Had a pleasant stay. Thanks to the good service by all the Women staff, the hotel staff, the front desk staff Uttam and Devendra. An additional thank-you to the Lead Manager Vinod, for the patience, support and last minute help provided.
