Hotel Emerald

No doubt the hotel is located at the best place from where you can reach the airport easily ..but it was a horrible experience staying there ..there were so many problem i faced ..i stayed for five days and every single day i was getting one of a kind of problem which i have never ever faced in any other hotel..i was getting call from intercom where people were asking me to give them hot water, sometime towel sometimes room cleaning ..i was staying with my parent ..i was getting embarrassed as well as irritated..my room number was 103 and reception number was different ..how can people staying in other room call me to ask for services..i complained to the reception but no action was taken regarding it ..i got calls from other room till i stayed..no body was taking care whether our room is cleaned or not..sugar, tea pouch nothing was being provided even water that was also not given to us..when i called them to provide us bottle of water and sugar and tea and milk pouch they used to take a lot of time ..we had been to a marriage function so it was good for us that every single day we used to leave the room by 12 or 1pm and came back by 10 pm ...one more thing happened there..i gave my father's kurta to be ironed by them , when they returned the kurta all the ****on were broken ..it was so embarrassing for us ..my father attended that day function in that kurta without any collar button...no room cleaning and washroom cleaning were taken care of ..i asked the bellboy he said staff are limited. No bedsheets, or pillow cover were changed for the whole five days stay...so if you have no other option for staying ..stay there but be ready for these kind of challenges to face ..i paid around 12500 rs for five days stay and extra bed they provided for 400rs/ day which was useless it was so hard u cannot sleep ..they charged me for the sugar pouch, milk pouch 79 rs for five days so total i paid around 14k....and got these experience..20 april to 25th april i was there..

Stayed here for 11 days , Hotel is well connected to all parts of the city and at walkable distance from Nirmala College , the food was tasty , the rooms were cleaned daily , the only issue is lack of hot water facility and the ACs are not functioning well , but apart from that , the rooms were spacious , has a inhouse restaurant , prompt room service and most importantly the bathrooms are clean

I didn't like the hotel rooms. I changed 3 rooms but all the rooms were having some problems. A common problem was not being able to shut the bathroom door dur to which smell used to spread in the room. The geyser was not working. I had to take bath in cold water. Overall experience was bad. I will not recommend it to anyone.

dirty bedsheet, towel and uncleaned bathroom. no amenities available which was mentioned at the time of booking. staff behaviour was rude rude and unprofessional. ac and telephone was not working.so i checked in and within an hour i checked out from this hotel. i booked another hotel for my stay.
