bruh this was worth of our money, we were 4 friends travelling goa, and we found the best rooms of North goa, every famous shit of goa like baga and calungate beach are just 1-2kms away, and the famous clubs of North goa too, must visit, we booked for 4 friends we got 1 huge bed in which we all settled also they provided extra mattress too, the aunty who is ig owners wife was sweet too, we had checkout at 10 and but we wanted to leave our stuff there for a while , they let us stay there, ac , wifi everything worked properly, must visit!!!

Not a good experience, on arriving at hotel all staff are relaxing and didn't respond positively to us, unfortunately after arriving an Hour one of my colleague expired so we have to check out immediately,We have contacted for this information and request them for refund if any in this situation, said that it is fully depends on hotel if they support and agree for refund than only can return money.unfortunately hotel didn't consider anything against this case didn't return any pai

(1)4 person 3 days k liye studio room book kiya tha. maine photo upload kiye usme dekh sakte ho room kitna chota hai. (2)room me bad sit aur towel 3 din tak change nhi kiye. change kr ne ka kaha to rply diye sir bad sit aur towel 3 din k baad hi change hota hai daily nahi hota.(3)Room me kitchen sirf dikhave k liye hai ander koe bhi amenities nahi hai. electric stove, bartan etc.

Really a good hotel..! To us, this hotel was budget friendly.. The environment is so natural and quiet.. The only problem is, cars need to enter a congested street and no lift (Stair Cases need not much effort to stair up anyway..). If the hotel management addresses the parking and congestion issues then it's a great hotel for their price ! Natural Environment..

The hotel is awesome. it is newly constructed resort. It is clean, silent and awesome to live. we initially booked for 2 days then after coming renewed for three more days. everything is walkable distance. hotel people are nice and helpful. I will definitely visit this place again when I visit Goa for sure.

the stay was amazing. the property is at a great location and is accessible to all major places. the rooms are spacious, clean and have all amenities like wifi, refrigerator etc. the owners are very proactive and assist with all sorts of queries including those related to bike/car rental and tours.

room was nice, clean and spacious.bathroom was also large.one kitchen attached but even after prior information some staff was sleeping in room and we were told tomove in the room without changing the sheet.
