Evergreen County Resort Coorg - A Coffee Plantation Retreat

Good Experience staff members were very supportive place is good for a comfortable stay out... overall being nice experience, i still feel the following: 1: due to cottages made of wood, mosquitos were there, and yed being supportive staff members they put all-out, some Kachua chaap all the things they could. 2: Swimming pool isnt there, its a very big tub, but i dont feel a need of the pool too fir this property. never miss their tea, it was amazing. They gifted us some coffee packs, it was very good in quality. Good time we spent with music and around fire. the time we had been here it was raining heavily, sitting in shed for hours with music around fire was good. I feel after such a long time, i spent that much time with family (may be being helpless, it was raining so no way to go ...hehe)

Bad attributes! Service and behaviour of staffs were too bad. Not provided some basic required facilities like bath towel, hot water, etc. Staffs tried to get additional money for the available amenities which are included in the package.

The place was good, the location was awesome, but I expected a bit more cleaner room. Also, the rooms are big. Food is good. Ganesh was the guy who was in charge of our service. He was a very good guy, which awesome service.

it was not worth the money. The property was good but the management was not good. They take lot of time to bring the order , Needs to remind again and again to bring the food.
