staff was very unprofessional as when I called on contact no twice no one responded and even no call back was given somehow I located the property then the staff says that you will not get breakfast as your check in time is 12 pm and I came early and my breakfast eligibility comes on next day.I said I came for 1-2 hours and I am checking out as I have meeting then he brought poha from outside.This service was not acceptable.

Room was quite ok, no free news paper, breakfast was horrible, only 4hrs out of 24hrs water was available huse water scarcity, drinking water was good, entry and exit was a big issue everytime to call attendant for opening the door and far from market places no restaurant near by. Night dinner simple chapati bhaji was ok. Any one looking for hotel like accomodation then please avoid.

I have to leave that booked room, at night 2am because there was issue of the care taker with another customer, the customer has beaten the care taker, and all mess was created by the another customer, as he was with his family and was not knowing it was on sharing basis, Because he had fight and all the mess i have to leave the room at night 2am, and no money refunded

This is a serviced apartment located in Thane. A little bit in the periphery but a safe location. The property is well managed and gives a homely feeling. Rooms are clean. They also cook some delicious food on demand. Cabs will find it difficult to locate this place but the amazing service makes up for everything!

First thing, its not a hotel...its a just a kind of residential flat in an apartment. We got stucked while searching for the address becoz nobody knows about it. We struggelled lot to find it..and its far away from the city and feels frightening to enter into such places. I wont prefer such place to anyone.

it is a good experience to stay in this apartment. it is a 32 floors building. This executive flamingo is in 10th floor. Rooms are neat and clean. good room service. Easy to locate. It is a safe and secured stay.

A little offbeat yet beautiful. Homely and most importantly nice ambience. It's a shared apartment which is well maintained and kept well. The wifi is an issue but rest seems beautiful.

the hotel is overbooked most of the times. I had a booking for a deluxe room but was downgraded to the semi deluxe room as the rooms were not available.
