The hotel room is very neat and clean. The hotel has a very natural ambience with lots of coconut and bettle nut trees alongwith other flora and fauna. The staffs are very well behaved and responsive..Still I would suggest to keep a water heater and improve the wifi services as I couldn't get a single minute internet facility. The rooms should have a sofa as well..Overall it was a good experience to be in exotica squares and it's nearness to natural bridge and lakshmanpur beach 02 makes it even more captivating.. The good rooms and the natural vegetation in and around the hotel's surrounding. most importantly the behaviour and services of staff..

Very nice place to stay, right in the middle of trees and greenery and most importantly near lakshmanpur Beach in the natural Bridge environs. Though the place is off the main track but the rooms are really spacious, neat and clean with great amenities and service. The only cons are the very high cost of food in the hotel and very less potion size (which you have to eat as there's nothing nearby) and no network for mobile usage(but the problem is overall in Shaheed Dweep/Neil's Island I guess, so you can discount that). Though the owner Raju, goes out of the way to help and make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Overall great hotel.

the resort is in an excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the natural coral bridge of laxmanpur beach. the staff were very helpful. also the room was big enough and clean. all the basic amenities were provided. please bear in mind that the network connectivity is very poor on this island and wifi services also do not work properly. best place for nature lovers

Overall a nice stay. Room was spacious and clean. washroom was clean. Near to coral natural bridge ( laxhmanpur beach 2). Scooty easily available for rent. Complimentry breakfast provided was very good. staff was helpful. In resturant food was overpriced. Others beach and jetty were 2-3km far. Environment near resort. Overall scenic beauty plus location .

very nice stay room is larger enough and clean interiors and extirear is so good food is also very very teasty but little bit costy milk 100 rs per glass for child very near to natural bridge in Neil island in December 29 th i have booked in 5000 RS per night. staff is well behavior. off seanson room charges may be 30-40 %off

Stay was awesome. Nothing more to ask for. Room and bathroom was very clean, spacious and hygiene. Reception responds very well. Hotel is just opposite to natural bridge. We get only few items cooked though the menu was very big. Crispy prawns was yummy. Complimentary breakfast poori was good.

Very good staff and manager. Property is very nice and rooms are so cleaned. Food is also good go for it without any doubt. If you plan for neil island then it's a perfect choice. One more advantage is Property is just near to lakshmanpur beach 2.
