Terrible Experience at FabExpress Pulse Impulse, DelhiMy stay at FabExpress Pulse Impulse, Delhi was extremely disappointing, starting from the forced rating during checkout, where a staff member grabbed my phone and rated the hotel 4/5 on my behalf. But that was just the final straw in an overall terrible experience. 1. Rude, Money-Minded Reception Staff & Unjust ChargesThe reception staff was extremely rude and money-minded, treating guests as if they were a burden rather than customers. We arrived two hours before check-in and were bluntly told we had to pay an additional ₹1000 for early check-in, despite the booking clearly stating that “Complimentary Early Check-In up to 2 hours before the standard check-in time is subject to availability.” There were plenty of vacant rooms, yet we were forced to wait until 12 PM because we didn’t want to pay the unnecessary charge. The receptionist even shouted at other staff members, warning them not to allow us in without payment. 2. Unhygienic Room Conditions & Filthy FloorsWhen we finally got our room, it was in a deplorable state: • Broken door lock • Filthy floors that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks • Cigarette-burned bedsheets with visible holes • Used water bottles and previous guests’ belongings (such as headbands) left under the bedThe floor was so dirty that within minutes, our feet were covered in dust, and we had to wash our feet repeatedly just to feel somewhat clean. We immediately requested a room upgrade, but despite multiple vacant rooms, our request was denied. Instead, they sent a staff member to clean the room—using a stick with a cloth tied to it instead of a proper mop! He even walked around with his shoes on while “cleaning.” 3. Basic Amenities Not Provided • Overpriced water bottles: When we requested a bottle of water at night, we were charged ₹30 for a ₹20 MRP product. • No running water in the morning: The tap water stopped working, and we had to wait 30 minutes just to use the washroom. • Pest infestation: We saw cockroaches in the room and even a rat running through the kitchen! 4. Intimidating Behavior & Forced RatingsEvery time we passed through the reception, we received uncomfortable, rude stares from the staff. And as mentioned earlier, during checkout, a staff member forcibly took my phone and rated the hotel 4/5, leaving us no choice but to let him do it as we had to leave our belongings there for a few hours.Final VerdictThis was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Rude staff, unsanitary conditions, and complete disregard for customer service make this hotel completely unacceptable. I highly advise against booking this place. FabExpress and Goibibo should seriously reconsider associating with such poorly managed properties.

the worst worst ever hotel and room I have seen in my life. please see the attached photos of actual room and compare it with the room photosFab express pulse impulse hotel have posted some of very good picture of delux room but the actual room what we got allotted was way worst than a room in 1* hotel.There was cleaning issue , worst maintanence I have seen ever in my life.2) Rude and unprofessional behaviour: Fab representative was way very rude for the hospitalization and service industry.The time when a customer need some help from authority he was just defending the property owner and was making the situation worse for me and my family .( As I already conveyed that I was there at property reception at mid night with my family because train got delayed).3) Miscommunication and miss management: As per my conversation with the hotel staff at that moment their property was already over booked but the SPOC didn't update the status and on the other hand I have booked and save my stay more than a week ago.So, In this situation where the responsible person is not able to update the system in today's digital and AI world, why shall a customer suffer ?4) No sense of responsibility from Fab team.

I stayed here for two days during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located right on the main road, offering excellent connectivity and ease of travel around the city. However, I believe there’s room for improvement in two key areas: - The room service needs to be upgraded to ensure quicker and more responsive service. - The rooms themselves could benefit from renovation to improve comfort and overall ambience. Overall, a good location with potential to enhance the guest experience through better service and updated facilities.
