I recently stayed at a hotel booked, and they charged me an additional ₹150 at check-in, stating it was due to a “low tariff” adjustment. I’m not sure why this was applied, as your had already provided the final amount during booking. I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange a refund of the extra ₹150. It is concerning that I was asked to pay more than the confirmed booking amount, and I believe this should be addressed to prevent such issues in the future. Please let me know the next steps.

The pictures of the people and the rooms are completely misleading. What you see is definitely not what you get in this case. The bed linen, washroom, walls and even the windows of this place is utterly poor in terms of hygiene. Moreover the people running it are least bothered about the reputation hence they don't cooperate nor comply to the requests of the hotel guests. Horrific experience after checking in post a long flight. Disappointing hotel, disappointing staff!

nice, calm and clean property. no kitchen was available when I checked in. Toilet was clean but Toilet paper, towels and soap weren't there. Handwash soap/liquid wasn't working. Lift wasn't working when I checked in so had to go 4 floors by stairs. later it was working when I checked out. most important thing for couples is cleanliness and I got it.
