Extremely horrible experience with Fabexpress Sapphire hotel. The hotel rooms & the whole property is filthy and in a pathetic condition. Our rooms & the floor was stinking like a toilet, the property manager refused to accept this & offer any help or change. With the hill station being absolutely full we couldn't accommodate ourselves elsewhere which made things even worst. Then we left to have dinner & the manager sold our room to someone else in that period. When we came back we found another couple in our room for a surprise which was another nightmare! I need my full refund as we couldn't stay on the property peacefully

No ac no good air fan feeling hot Too small wash room can't stand freely Very dirty rooms and washroom no cleaning no hygiene and dirty bad dirty blanket This is the burst stay and burts hotel in the massoori in the name of hotel Not worth even 500rs only And all rooms are in basement Not on ground floor

it was a pleasant stay at fab hotel saphire in mussoorie staff was polite and breakfast was good at reasonable rates i will suggest some cleanliness at hotel
