Horrible stay experience. The hotel is not FabHotel but something sketchy on 6th floor of a building which has main hotel Axis International. The room wasn't ready when I reached. The host said he'll get it ready by spraying room freshener, which was actually cockroach killer spray. My clothes still smell of the spray. No cleanliness, no toiletries. Creepy staff guy and reception is busy with people sitting and talking loudly on phone. The sound of water in piping of sewage resonates in the room when anybody flushes toilet on your floor or above. The non-smart TV does not work due to lack of recharge, the host denies getting it available. Never booking FabHotel again.

NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER IN UR LIFE BOOK THIS HOTEL.The hotel has cockroaches and many other insects in all their rooms. They literally have centipedes and worms in their beds. There are too many open spaces in the room, on complaining about the same, the hotel staff wont even help you out. I had to change my room 3 times. The staff behaves like they're doing a favour by letting you stay, no respect for a customer who's paying thousands of rupees.PAY 1-2K & GO TO SOOM GOOD HOTEL,

Horrible Stay at Hotel, Not Recommended for family, No ventilation provided in room, TV is not recharged, AC produces more noise, Very Compact Double Bed, And the Hotel is served Non Veg. breakfast Without Asking. And the poor quality of Veg. Breakfast Also, Poha Seved is Tasteless, Poor Room cleanliness Cockroaches are in Room. Very Horrible Stay at Hotel, Never Recommended to anyone.

Very decent for a short city break. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming, I arrived on a bank holiday and they gave me a leaflet with everything that was open. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Great wifi. Breakfast buffet better than expected. Room basic but clean and comfortable.

This was a pathetic experience from A to Z. Food quality, cleanliness, room size, bathroom and other amenities all were worst. In the complimentary breakfast, 1 plate poha in a disposal plate and 1 cup tea only as given in the room. No other options were available.

I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning.

Many cockroaches were there in the washroom. Bed sheet was not cleaned. so much hairs was there on bed. Staff behaviour was ok. Needs to be more hygiene
