Excellent Property with Good and helpful staff! I recently stayed at Fabhotel Arastu Plaza and was highly impressed with the overall experience. The location in Nampally close to lakdikapul area and the same is perfect, with eateries nearby adding convenience. The hospitality and service were top-notch, making me feel truly welcomed. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. Everything was excellent except for the parking facility. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Nampally with easy access to key spots in the city.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite booking a premium room, there was no real difference from a deluxe room except for minor design changes, with the same space and layout. The showers were dysfunctional, the TV didn't work, the AC system was chaotic, and basic toiletries were missing. Such issues made the stay inconvenient and far from the expectations set for a premium experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

wonderful stay! Property is exceptional, room was clean and spacious, washrooms were upto the mark i.e. clean n tidy with a pleasant smell. The Hotel is at a great location. Close to City Center and close to old city of hyderabad. Easy access to public transportation. There are couple of cafes, and restaurants nearby for Breakfast, lunch and dinner The staff is extremely friendly and forthcoming. Overall great value for money.💯

Had a relaxing stay . Rooms were well maintained and clean . The ambience of the hotel is soothing . The best thing is that the hotel is located close to the railway and metro station and there are a lot of places nearby . Would definitely recommend this to everyone . Cheers .

nice budget hotel. room are neat and clean. wi-fi is good. location is in main market area and close to the railway station. the staff is very helpful. restaurant food is also good. you can choose to stay in this hotel without any concerns.

Near to Nampally metro, good service, not much options for food however online orders are easily available. It's a budget hotel.Was situated in a busy street and not secluded, the hosts were helpful.

upon check in the ac in the room was not cooling and the bathroom not cleaned well. however, upon raising the issue, they attended to the complaint in a fast manner and all was rectified
