The food was abysmal. I warn you not to go to their restaurant. There was an insect infestation. The service was very poor. The bed sheets were dirty. We had to change rooms twice as there was water leakage and a foul odour problem. The location is way out of the city and I stayed there only because of IIM but it is not worth it. The ambience of the room was bad. The only decent thing about their restaurant was the breakfast and polite attitude of the cleaning staff. Overall. I don't recommend a stay here unless it's an absolute emergency.

The location of the hotel is good, near Rajendra Nagar at Main Road. Rooms were having mosquitos, stinking washroom with no exhaust. The towel provided to us was horrible. Food quality is satisfactory. Staff behaviour was very good and services were also ok. Not a destination to enjoy the stay, but it's ok for one or two days'stay if one has come to attend any function or marriage .

worst experience as hotel charged extra amount during check in even after paying complete payment during booking. complaint logged and senior person committed to resolve the concern and call back but today they closed the complaint without any resolution. so I will log complaint in consumer forum as it's complete cheating by goibibo

Hotel is a cheat.I booked hotel for five persons including two children age 12 and 9 years.At hotel they have taken extra 3200 Rs. Saying they for above 5 years they take full charges and also didn't give Bill for the same.

Good location. Food and service is good. Staff is very polite. Only problem that they don't provide welcome kit and electric kettle for making tea and coffee in rooms. It is chargeable basis.
