this was my life's worst stay as i didn't get my refund or an instant alternate solution, and i was badly stuck for 3 rather 4 *horrible days* 😤😤😤😤 as i had to extend forcefully, due to my work commitments. shifting to another hotel was not easy n practicalon the very 1st night, i called the customer care many time and requested for 100% refund or an alternate solution and was totally dissatisfied the way my concern and pain was handled. giving a voucher of rs. 1,501/- is not the way you should solve your customers genuine problem. hotel & stay ... customers look for hygiene, comfort, facilities, convenience and service. nothing was available there above all the ac was not working, no working kitchen, no glass for drinking water in the room, dirty linen and so onand the receptionist was so clever, he took my mobile and he himself clicked on the feedback link without my consent very very bad experience take my word, will never book a hotel for more than 1 day with goibibo in future ... hated to get badly stuck with this horrible property with my 100% advance payment. never ever in future.

very worst experience. mattess condition is very bad. there are no almaras or not even a hanger to keep our cloths. there is nothing to keep towel in bathroom. only body shower has to be used for hair also. towels are not changed for second day. no water is provided and they are selling water at higher price.oyo rooms are better than this fab hotel. i believed goibibo will endorse good hotels. it's hard to believe now

stay was good. rooms are small but well maintained and clean. only one shortfall is there are no wardrobe or hangings in the room for keeping the cloths. and also need to improve on mentioned early check in guaranteed claim.
