the staff were polite and good, the room was neat, The bed was hard, the pillows were thin, the jet spray end was leaking, and there's not enough cooling in the room and the AC was making sound, when i complained first they said they'll look into it but didn't but when i again complained they just mentioned that they cleaned the AC 15 days ago which i'm sure they didn't because the AC was doing blockage sound which needs coil cleaning.

the road outside the hotel is very dirty. the hotel is very congested. even the bedsize was small. no pantry. open kitchen and very dirty. the room was average. needs cleanliness
