I have booked this on 28th of november for 4th to 6th december ,when i reached the property they said the rooms were book and shifted me to fab express (terminus square ) saying that i can adjust for one night and can come back to my orignial property fabexpress(grand heritage ) . The next day when i went there they told me the same thing again , i payed 3673 rupees on the day of booking itself. I hvent stayed at my hotel at all i had a visa interview on that day and this property people were so bad . I asked for refund because i havent stayed there .but they blocked my number and they haven't initiated my refund . The worst experience ever happened to me . The worst hotel ever. Please do see my experience and take severe action .

The place location is terrible. After Sundown you might feel unsafe. You can literally hear next room person breathe. The bathroom Faucets and room interiors were rusted and old. Above the TV it was written (only was moral needs) which was weird. Bathroom space was like 2x2. The paint in the room was coming off. Also this place is a religiously orthodox place, so my liberal thinking was not really acceptable to that. It is not at all mumbai standard.

Recently i book this hotel for a business trip and find as this is really not worth as 3-star property at all, no proper arrangement for breakfast (they serve parantha with pickle as breakfast), rooms are extremely congested.............. seriously very bad hotel to stay.
