FabHotel Harmony

There is no reception here. There is no receptionist. Also, if you need anything, you have to tell the guard because there is no reception. This kind of hotel is available for only 400 to 500 rupees. My money wasted. The telephone in the room is also not working. Because a business traveler needs all the daily use items in a hotel like clean towel, shampoo, shower gel etc. There is none of that here. The bed is also very hard. Neither is there a restaurant. Overall this is my worst experience till date. I tried a lot to cancel this booking but could not.

no hot water in the room,breakfast was included in the package but not provided as no Inhouse restaurant and have to source the same from other source ..some home cooked breakfast. AC not working ,thevroom is not worth 3000+ charged and request to provide refund amount as applicable for deficiencies in the room which has affected our stay. AC not working,no hot water also breakfast not available (was included in the plan).total room not worth the amount charged...dissatisfied with the service and the front desk experience.

In general the stay was good but wifi was not working which was the biggest trouble I faced as a business traveller. It works outside but not in the room. Secondly the location is far only 1 restaurant beside and no food items available at the stay. Room was spacious and clean but light was very dim.

There is nothing available as shown in the pictures. Our room had no TV, Bathroom was not attached. When asked for water there was no response from the front. Worst experience ever. however the value was not even 1000.Highly disappointed.
