Highly unprofessional: -Didn't got the room on time.-Got a smaller room whereas single occupants has been allotted a bigger room. -Lift not working continuously on power off mode ; we have to request to switch-on the power for lift. -Room size were very small and toiletries items like towel and accessories are of worst quality. -TV was not working for complete day 1 and eventually when it started working there was a problem of low balance or account recharge.-Electrical point are not working properly.-food service not available at hotel - we have to remind them for daily water bottles.In short i have decided that in my life i will not be staying any of the fab properties. Completely pathetic hotel and service and staff.

it's nice experience to stay in fab imperio baner. facility is very good. room service and confidence on staff is vwry good. one suggestion if possible and practicable, please provide cielling fan in room. if somebody don't want ac then it is becoming difficult. rest all is perfect. may be after diwali again we will visit fab imperio at baner. thanks

Good Hotel. Prime Location. Enjoyed our stay with family. Very caring staffs. They are ready to accept the suggestions. There was some bad smell coming from the lift, i had requested the reception staffs of the hotel and they got it done. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel details not what shows @ Goibibo app. size is hardly 120sqft and very unclean room with lots of dust and staff was rude. asked for wake up call there staff did not bother to write or follow up. very unprofessional. will provide single breakfast item

The check-in was very smooth, I had already called before reaching there, so it happened very smoothly... The room and washroom were pretty good. They also had the facility of food and it was also affordable and tasty. Nice stay!

Firstly the staff was good. Got an upgraded room - which is really good and I appreciate that. The room was also good and specious with a balcony ( hopefully this is applicable to all rooms or the premium room I got by luck

won't be recommending this hotel to anyone. worst service, poor quality of room and no amenities. Dissatisfied!! First time tried Fabhotel and won't be choosing this in future for sure.

The location was good and close to my workplace. The staff was amazing especially the receptionist. The people were welcoming and the cleanliness was up to the mark.
