first we had booked the Fab hotel Maruthi residency in lakdika pul Hyderabad,it was not maintained in well condition it was having foul smell of urine and drainage smell all around the room and cockroach all around room,we trusted the brand Fab becoz it represents as fabulous,then from there the Fab hotel representative shifted us to other hotel name fab Royal Residency in lakdikapul,but dr was a bedbug medicine smell . we trust ua app n come from one place to another to stay we had childrens with us it wz really very bad experience n I want my refund now u disappointed us a lot I need my refund d rooms were really horrible it wz very difficult situation for my children's they wanted rooms to sleep . wch had a verybad smell n cleanliness issues once u visit dr washroom n then u suggest us the room. first make sure u the rooms must b clean n tidy so v don't stay in ua rooms . we need our refund

super basic rooms, no service or staff, no one at the reception until you call them, no security, it was a hostel rather than a hotel. only 2 small bottles would be provided throughout your stay even if you stay for 5 days. poor linen and towels, should not have been washed since ages, super unhygienic place. its basically a marriage hall rooms been sold when there is no function at the hall. not recomended at all..

The room is big, but the bedding and the blanket is small. Also there were cockroaches in the bathroom. We had to waste close to 5 buckets of water to get hot water. The hotel staff are cooperative. Would recommend stay only. Do not opt for breakfast.

this is the hotel i never seen. such a worest and useless hotel ... with this i am decided not to book goibibo also ... i am stayed there half an hour in the morning , then i went out side after that check out ..

actually i bumped into this stay instinctively. but i do have to acknowledge in my stay at this place i realized and encountered a tremendous time of solace the place having been filled with utmost tranquility.

The food was bad and there was no hot water to have bath the service for food was also late. There is no windows in the room and there is a random door which leads to nowhere. I do not recommend this hotel.

it’s over rated, it’s very old hotel, no clean and hygiene in toilets. cupboards are dirty, cockroaches were present in the room.also, hot water, toilet flush wasn’t working.
