FabHotel Olive Suite - Near Airforce get

room was very small it doesn't even have the deck or table where i can keep my laptop and work, not even sufficient switches to charge my mobile and laptop at the same time. after booking the room (well in advance almost 10 days before check-in date). i called the hotel to tell i am coming in 5-10 mins for check-in, the guy at the reception denied that u don't have a booking as the hotel is sold-out. i was like when i already booked then how it gets sold-out. and he was saying you will get a call for another hotel bt this one is not possible. i was very unpleasant experience. somehow after escalating, fab hotels customer care said will give you another option and that option was pathetic n little far from original location. again escalated then they agreed to give room in the same hotel, which was booked initially. after reaching the hotel at 10:15am at the reception they said early check-in is chargeable, though he has rooms available. to make money n harrass customer they were keep asking for extra money to check-in. where i showed which i booked , there it's clearly written that i can check-in two hours prior to the actual check-in time which was 12pm.there also i had to get into an argument which the hotel staff. later, at 10:50am they gave me the room, which was very small and not the way it was shown in your gallery.overall, i would like to give 2 ratings for this experience and mess. apart from all that fab hotels said there was a complementary breakfast has been offered to me, but it was not given.

the location is very good, the only thing is that it is not a proper hotel property instead it has occupied two floors in a residential building. while the rooms are modern it may feel small considering they have tried to fit 19 rooms in 2 floors. the staff is cooperative and helpful.

the rooms are a bit smaller, it could be cleaned. the tv was not working. we had to request for basic toiletries such as tissue paper and towels. the room cleaning service was super slow. they did not adjust it to customers time and hence, they did not clean our room.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the centre of the city. The staff are helpful and gave me a room upgrade - very much appreciated. It's an Indian breakfast which will suit most of the guests but I would have like a bit more choice. Tasty food though!
