I have booked this property due to non-availability routine hotel, based on photos and ratting felt the property is good but once reached hotel faced multiple issues starting with room cleaning, overall support from staff, check out experiences etc. the good part of stay is that hotel rooms are spacious and the hotel is present in the central area. Apart from this nothing is special about the hotel and the worst part is the support staff and its breakfast

Room is not cleaned. (literally had to beg the guys in reception for getting rooms cleaned) TV Remote is not working ( Informed 3 times no response) Hot water didn't came ( Everytime I asked reception and room service says wait for 20 mins ) Worst experience and don't suggest others.

There behaviour was very rude and after online booking they refuse to give us the room because their excuse was why I gave you my room on this low price booking I can’t give you the room. They completely refused to give us room. They charges extra price to gives us the room

Very Good and Clean... Safe to stay with Family... Only one think to be Corrected and make strict rule to not smoke in the rooms as every rooms was held with cigarette smell. While taking family it feel uncomfortable... By the by all were good and clean
