Stay was good. However, Room service needs improvement as compared to other competitor hotels around. TV remote was not working, No shampoo and toothpaste provided for the price we paid for the stay.

This place felt like a second home. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly clean. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist. A peaceful and enjoyable experience.

They didn't honor our booking. Very unfriendly staff. Hotel is close to main road (around 30km from madikeri town). This hotel is sightly far from attractions.
