FabHotel Rushank Palace

my extreme dissatisfaction regarding my stay at FabHotel [Hotel Rushank Palace,Jaipur] on 25th Dec 2024. The experience was not only disappointing but utterly unacceptableThe hotel premises were unhygienic and unclean, with dirty floors and broken walls.We had booked 3 rooms, each with its own problems:- Broken bed in one room.- Geyser issues due to short circuit in one room which they took longer time to deliver the room.- Few lights were not working (seems like fused bulb)- Non-functional wash basin in one of the bathrooms.- Wi-Fi was non-operational throughout our stay.- No extra towels or proper room service were provided despite repeated requests.- Drinking water facilities were inadequate.- Rooms had only free-to-air TV channels, which is subpar for the standards promised.- Our booking includes complimentary Breakfast & lunch/dinner facility. Despite our 3hrs prior request for lunch since we arrived at 2pm, the hotel manager refused to provide complimentary lunch. Dinner was just a low standard veg thali to the rooms which is not sufficient for individual and additional rice/roti was chargeable.For Breakfast, we requested for bread and jam. The manager agreed initially but finally he said that he forgot as he was busy..When we reported these problems to the manager, he was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. He even refused to share the owner's contact information when requested.To summarize, the experience was so dreadful that staying elsewhere—even on a footpath—would have been preferable. I urge FabHotels to take strict action against this property and ensure no other guests endure such an ordeal. l also request appropriate compensation for the stress and discomfort caused during our stay.

Worst! Washroom was dirty, flush was not functioning properly. Staff was not cooperative. It was a flat that has been converted into hotel.

look like an 2bhk apartment, they convert their home to the hotel, bad is not good, room very dirty.
