FabHotel Savi Inn - Nr. Mantri Square Mall

I recently stayed at your hotel, and unfortunately, I had a less than satisfactory experience. I would like to share my feedback in hopes that it will help improve your services:1. **No Display Board**: It was quite difficult to locate the hotel as there was no display board outside. This caused unnecessary inconvenience.2. **No Water Bottle Provided**: Upon arrival, I was surprised that no complimentary water bottle was provided in the room, which is usually a basic amenity in most hotels.3. **Room Conditions**: While the room conditions were acceptable, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.4. **Staff Behavior**: The behavior of the hotel staff was disappointing. They were rude and unhelpful, which greatly affected my overall experience.5. **Misleading Breakfast Information**: The booking showed that breakfast was included, but upon arrival, I was informed that no breakfast would be provided. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your services. I believe that with better management and attention to detail, your hotel can provide a much better experience for future guests.

I have stayed in this hotel before. The room was great. But this time it was very disappointing. The room and toilet were not well maintained. There were blood stains on the bed and blanket. The room was full of cockroaches. But the location of this hotel is great. Near metro station, food street, mantri mall etc.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

The hotel staff was helpful and pleasant. Overall stay was okay. The exhaust in the washroom was not working dur to which it was smelling a bit. Can be repaired
