Best option near IIT Kanpur at reasonable rates. Booked the room at around 1600/night with bf included. It is not exceptionally clean and premium, but does the job for a couple days stay. The staff were helpful, polite, courteous, and willing to take requests for early breakfasts and such. Breakfast was good. Good tea. The food from the in-house menu was mostly delivered on time to rooms and tasted good enough. The bed was comfy enough with ample pillows provided. The cupboards, drawers, and compartments were not kept clean inside. The bath towel provided did not feel good or clean enough. The bathroom and sink smelled at times, but was kept moderately clean and in a usable level. Some rooms have better bathrooms, but other disadvantages in the room (205 has a good enough room but okayish smelly bathroom. 206 has a better bathroom but it can't be locked and the fan creaks quite a lot) The outer cover of the window AC just randomly shifted down a couple inches once and dropped a whole lot of dust on the floor. Seemed like the AC hadn't been cleaned in ages. Overall, a good enough stay for a solo traveller not planning on spending a whole lot of time at the hotel. Seems like the relatively best option in the area. Would not recommend staying with a loved one or family here due to the slightly lesser cleanliness levels. It's adjustable for a solo traveller.

If you are traveling with your family, don't even consider staying here. This hotel is not suitable for families. However, if you are on a business trip, this location may be convenient, but think twice before booking because the rooms are not clean, the beds are dirty, and the rooms are very cramped. The only positive aspect here is the staff—they are polite and well-mannered.

It is just decent one and needs to improve a lot for service purse, Location is good also the hospitality but need to work upon their cleanliness, maintenance at bathrooms, should be able to provide dental kit or shave kit like basic stuff , I liked the hospitality of Dev Gupta thats y giving 3 star. also rooms and stay is ok

Average Hotel. basic amenities are missing like toothpaste or other useful kits. charging around 2000 and basic facilities are not providing. it's ok... can't invite your friends to discuss something bcoz they ask to leave early due to hotel protocol.. overall ok.. food quality is good. staff is also good.
